Equihash: Zcash miners in FARMGOD
Equihash is the algorithm behind Zcash. Its miners are counted in solutions, not hashes. FARMGOD supports Bitmain's Antminer Z11 and the Z15 family.
Equihash is the algorithm Zcash is mined with. It works differently from the others: a miner looks for solutions to a puzzle, so its speed is counted in solutions per second, not in hashes.
Supported miners
- Antminer Z11
- Antminer Z15, Z15 Pro and Z15j
What FARMGOD does with it
- Counted in solutions. A Z miner's rate and efficiency are shown the way Equihash is measured.
- Its own place on the overview. Equihash has its own rate and miner count next to the other algorithms, and its own line in the fleet chart.
- Specs per model. Each model is checked against its own rate, power draw and board count.
- One fleet. Z miners sit in the same lists and Device-Sets as everything else.
Getting started
FARMGOD Cloud is free for up to five miners, with no time limit. Sign up, start FARMGOD.OS on a spare PC in your miners' network and run a scan: your Zcash miners appear on your dashboard. Get started shows the three steps. For a whole farm, a Private VPS brings every feature on a server of your own: see the pricing.
