Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to run the Services. Depending on how you use them, this includes:

• Account information. Your e-mail address, your password (stored only in hashed form), your sign-in settings such as two-factor authentication, and any name or company details you choose to give us.
• Fleet and device data. Data that the on-site tool you install (the Kollektor, or FARMGOD.OS) sends about your mining equipment: models, firmware, addresses inside your site’s network (IP and MAC addresses), hashrate, temperatures, power figures, pool settings and worker names, device logs, and the actions taken on your devices. It also includes what you enter yourself, such as locations, electricity prices and notes.
• Billing information. If you subscribe, payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive what is needed to manage your subscription and issue invoices, such as its status, the amounts charged and your billing country.
• Communications. The e-mails and messages you send us, including support requests, and the identifiers needed to deliver notifications you switch on, such as a Telegram chat.
• Technical data. Standard server log data such as IP address, date and time, the pages or interfaces requested and the browser or client used, together with sign-in times.

The Website and Cookies

Our website farmgod.io sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts, scripts and pictures are served from our own server. Like any web server, ours keeps standard log files. From its log we count visits, the pages that are read and the countries visitors come from. These statistics hold shortened IP addresses only and stay on our server.

The FARMGOD dashboards use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, maintain and secure the Services, including showing you your fleet and carrying out the actions you request;
• create and manage your account, and bill for subscriptions;
• send service messages such as account verification, password resets, security notices, trial and billing notices;
• answer your questions and provide support;
• understand how the Services are used, fix problems and improve them;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify a customer or individual, as described in our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

AI Features

Some features use an artificial intelligence service to analyze devices or answer questions. When you use such a feature, your request and the device data needed to answer it are sent to the AI provider. Where a feature works with your own API key, that processing also takes place under your own agreement with the provider.

Please do not enter personal information into AI features that you do not want to be processed this way.

How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. Companies that help us run the Services, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, our payment processor, e-mail delivery services, and providers of AI and messaging services when you use those features. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
• Hosting providers and their customers. If your account was created by a company that hosts your equipment and runs its own FARMGOD installation, that company controls the account and its staff can see the data in that installation. Please direct requests about such an account to that company.
• Legal and safety reasons. Where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of FarmGod, our customers or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

Data Retention

We keep account and fleet data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Backups expire over time. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, and server logs for a limited period.

Security

We maintain administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information within our control. Connections to the Services are encrypted, and passwords are stored only in hashed form.

No internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal information, to correct it or to delete it, and you can close your account at any time. To do so, contact us at the address below.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation or the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to restrict or object to certain processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Where such laws require a legal basis, we process personal information to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and securing the Services, to comply with legal obligations and, where applicable, with your consent.

Service messages about your account, security and billing are part of the Services. If we send you product news, you can opt out of it at any time.

International Transfers

FarmGod is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children

The Services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change is significant, we will give notice through the Services or by e-mail.
