Board and chip detail for Antminers on Braiins OS
With the help of our friends at Braiins, FARMGOD now shows every hashboard and every single chip of an Antminer running Braiins OS: hashrate, frequency, error rate and more.

A miner's dashboard usually stops at the hashboard. The picture above shows what comes after: an Antminer S21 XP on Braiins OS, with one of its chips opened.
For Antminers running Braiins OS, FARMGOD now goes all the way down to the single chip, in more detail than for any other firmware we support.
We did not get there alone. Our friends over at Braiins helped us read what their firmware knows about its own hardware, and it knows a lot. Thank you!
Chip and board detail of this kind exists in just two places: Braiins' own management solution, and FARMGOD.
Where to find it
Open a miner in FARMGOD and click the magnifier next to its boards. The board detail opens and keeps itself up to date for as long as it stays open.
What you see
For the miner: hashrate against its target, average frequency, the chips found against the chips expected, power and PSU voltage, fan speed, the tuner's stage and the control board's temperature.
For every hashboard: its model and serial number, chips, frequency, hashrate, error rate, the chip and PCB temperatures at inlet and outlet, and its power.
For every chip: a map of the board, one cell per chip, laid out in its voltage domains. The map switches between four readings:
- Hashrate: what each chip really delivers.
- Frequency: the clock each chip runs at.
- Error rate: how much of a chip's work is invalid.
- MCR, the measured-to-calculated ratio: the work a chip does against what its clock promises.
Click a chip and it shows all four at once, each compared with the rest of its board. The arrow keys move from chip to chip.
Why it matters
A weak board usually starts as a few weak chips. On the map they stand out long before the board drops out: a chip that keeps its clock but delivers less than its neighbours, or an error rate that creeps up. That is the difference between planning a repair and hearing about it from the pool.
Below the map, the hardware history lists the chip and board faults FARMGOD noted over the last 30 days.
Which miners
Every Antminer running Braiins OS, and Braiins' own mini miners. The detail comes from the firmware's own metrics, so the miner needs Braiins OS 22.02.2 or newer. The Braiins Academy has everything about the firmware itself.
The board detail is also there for Antminers on stock firmware and VNish and for Auradine miners. How deep it goes depends on what each firmware reports, and Braiins OS reports the most.
