Support for Scrypt and Antminer L3, L5, L7, L9, and more added

FARMGOD is no longer SHA-256 only. It now reads Scrypt miners too, starting with Bitmain's Antminer L series.

Until now FARMGOD spoke one language: SHA-256. From today it also reads Scrypt miners, the machines behind Litecoin and Dogecoin.

The miners

Bitmain's Antminer L series, from the first generation to the current one:

  • Antminer L3, L3+ and L3++
  • Antminer L5
  • Antminer L7
  • Antminer L9

What you get

  • Found by the scan. A network scan picks them up like any other miner, with model, firmware and pools.
  • The right units. A Scrypt miner's hashrate and efficiency are shown in the units Scrypt is measured in, not in a SHA-256 miner's.
  • Its own place on the overview. Scrypt has its own hashrate next to SHA-256, so the two are never added up into a number that means nothing.
  • Specs per model. Each model is checked against its own hashrate, power draw and board count.

This is also the groundwork for every algorithm that follows: FARMGOD now knows that a fleet can speak more than one.

Update, July 2026: the Scrypt list has grown well beyond Bitmain. Also supported now: Elphapex DG1, DG1+, DG1 Lite, DG Hydro 1 and DG Home 1; Goldshell Mini DOGE, Mini DOGE II, Mini DOGE III, Mini DOGE III+, Mini DOGE Pro, LT5, LT5 Pro, LT6, LT Lite, BYTE, DG Card, DG Max and E-DG1M; VolcMiner D1, D1 Lite, D1 Hydro and D1 Mini Pre.
