Support for BitAxe, Avalon Nano 3, Mini 3, Avalon Q and more added
FARMGOD now reads the miners people run at home: the BitAxe family, Canaan's Avalon Nano 3, Nano 3S, Mini 3 and Avalon Q, and the BitForge Nano.
Mining at home has become a category of hardware of its own: small, quiet, and some of it doubles as a heater. FARMGOD now supports the machines that define it.

- Power modes on the BitAxe Gamma, the Nano 3, the Nano 3S and the Avalon Q.
- Sleep, wake and curtailment on the Avalon Q and the Mini 3.
A home miner doesn't need a server of its own: FARMGOD Cloud is made for small setups like these.
