SOC 2: in progress
FARMGOD is on its way to SOC 2: a Type 1 report first, then Type 2. Our controls are monitored continuously with Vanta, and our security posture is open for everyone to see at trust.farmgod.io.

A fleet management platform sees a lot: every miner of a farm, its numbers, and the commands that go out to it. Customers are right to ask how all of that is protected. Our answer is not a promise but an audit: FARMGOD is working towards SOC 2.
What SOC 2 is
SOC 2 is the standard by which an independent auditor examines how a service company protects its customers' data: who has access, how changes are made, how systems are watched and what happens when something goes wrong.
It comes in two steps. A Type 1 report looks at one point in time: are the right controls in place? A Type 2 report is the demanding kind: the auditor checks over a period of months that those controls really work.
Where we stand
- Monitored all the time. We work with Vanta, a trust management platform. It checks our controls continuously, not once a year.
- Type 1, with an auditor engaged. We have engaged Advantage Partners, a public accounting firm enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program, to produce our SOC 2 Type 1 report. The audit engagement is projected to start on September 10, 2026.
- Type 2, committed. We have committed to produce a SOC 2 Type 2 report as well. Its audit engagement is projected to start on September 15, 2026.
- In the open. Our security posture is public, and it is live: trust.farmgod.io shows our controls, our policies and the frameworks we work towards.
Vanta confirms all of this in its engagement letter for FARMGOD.
What it means for you
Nothing changes in how you use FARMGOD. What changes is how much you have to take our word for: the trust page is there to be checked, today and every day until the reports are done.
